Permanent jewelry is a custom-fit chain welded together without a traditional clasp. The process is 100% painless and fast—we simply place a protective patch over your skin and use a quick micro-laser spark to safely weld the jump ring closed. Because it doesn't pierce or attach to your skin, you won't feel a thing!

TSA & Everyday Wear:

Our permanent jewelry is 100% TSA-friendly, meaning you never have to remove it when traveling through airport security.

Gold Fill & Sterling Silver Care:

• Hypoallergenic & Lead-Free: Gold filled jewelry contains an outer layer of 14k gold pressure-bonded over brass. It is far more durable than gold plating and requires simple care (cleaning every 30 days with mild soap and water).

• Brass Sensitivity Warning: If you have a known severe brass allergy, we recommend choosing 14k Solid Gold or 925 Sterling Silver, as gold fill still contains a brass core.

• Daily Protection: To maintain shine, avoid direct contact with heavy lotions, perfumes, spray tans, and harsh pool chemicals.

Removal & Re-Attachment:

If you need to remove your piece for a medical procedure or any other reason, simply cut the chain with scissors directly at the small ring where we welded it. Save your chain, and we can re-weld it for a small $10 fee! (Chains cut elsewhere or lost cannot be re-attached for free).

60-Day Repair Policy:

We guarantee our welds for 60 days. If a weld opens or comes loose within 60 days, we will repair or replace it at no cost. After 60 days, or for lost/mishandled items, small repair fees apply.

• No Returns: Because every piece is custom-measured and cut specifically for you, all permanent jewelry sales are final.
